Do you ever wrap the presents yourself?
SANTA: Sometimes I wrap very special gifts, but the elves wrap most of them. They're very fast!
How do you know when kids are good?
SANTA: I can see them when they're sleeping and when they're awake with my Omniterraprotonoscope. And - the elves go out all over the world to check on the children everyday.
Who is your favorite reindeer?
SANTA: Well of course, Rudolph is very special because he is fearless and leads the way through the fog and night with his shiny, red nose, but all the reindeer are important. Each one is needed to pull the sleigh, and each one is very much loved.
How old are you?
SANTA: Oh I stopped counting hundreds of years ago. There were just too many candles to put on the birthday cake. My age is measured in Twinkle Years, which is a little different than your years.
Why do you need reindeer?
SANTA: Ohhh the flying reindeer are FAST! It's the best way to pull my sleigh. Unlike other animals, the reindeer gain their flying ability from eating magical reindeer food that we grow right here at the North Pole.
What do you do if a house doesn't have a chimney?
SANTA: There are many houses without a fireplace. If there isn't a chimney, I use a magical key that can open any door.
Who made your sleigh?
SANTA: Oh, of course the elves make just about everything at the North Pole. They are wonderful craftsmen.
What happens if someone sees you at their house?
SANTA: I will give a wink, finish my task, and be gone in two shake's of a doe's tail. And the little one should, right away, be back to bed!
How do you know the names of all the kids in the world?
SANTA: The elves are EXCELLENT record keepers. Our Omniterraprotonoscope alerts us whenever a child is born, and we then add his or her name to our list. We have the name of every child since the beginning of time!
