Building Services reviews and inspects plans and structures throughout the city for compliance with city code. This also includes international building codes, plumbing and mechanical codes and our newly added electrical permit processing.
The permitting staff process all permit applications, business and animal licenses and plan submittals. They also handle all public information requests, notices and mailings.
All building permit applications must be submitted through the PERMIT PORTAL.
